  ABOUT VIZIOLI'S  

VIZIOLI’S shop is a full carcass Butchers, Deli, Rotisserie and Bottle Shop. 

Situated in the heart of East London, in Stoke Newington, it opened its doors in November 2020. VIZIOLI’s is a home for all those who love to cook. A place to find and select quality ingredients. A home for meat and wine lovers to meet.

The Butchery has a range of hand butchered cuts by Head Butcher Ilario from a variety of meats sourced from Scotland, poultry from Shropshire and game from Norfolk.

The Rotisserie serves daily hot roasted chicken, lamb, beef served from the spit with caramelized onions and potatoes.

The Deli features a range of charcuterie from Tufo in Campania region of Southern Italy, cheeses from Machecoul in the heart of Marais Breton in the South of the Loire-Atlantique and pastas from Avellino in the Campania region of Southern Italy.

The Bottle Shop features an extensive mix of wines from across Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Austria, New Zealand, California and Argentina. Guillaume Aubert from Ancestrel Wines also worked closely with Vizioli and Abia to curate a large range of zero zero, sulphite and chemical free natural wines.

 

The bottle shop also features beers and ales by The Five Points Brewing Company and The Kernel Brewery.

 BUTCHERY 

All VIZIOLI’s Butchery Shop meats are carefully selected based on their provenance and quality. Featuring a range of hand butchered cuts by Head Butcher Ilario from an extensive variety of meats sourced from Scotland, poultry from Shropshire and game from Norfolk.

 

We dry age all our meat, but especially the beef, where whole fore and hind quarters hang for between four and ten weeks in our dedicated beef ageing room. Try a steak or even the mince, we think you will taste the difference. Each breed and even each carcass is different, so we constantly monitor them and choose to cut when we believe they have reached their optimum.

 DELI 

The VIZIOLI’s Deli includes a range of charcuterie meats: coppa cooked ham, prosciutto, pancetta, guanciale, chorizo and more from Tufo in the Campania region of Southern Italy.

 

Cheeses from Machecoul in the heart of Marais Breton in the South of the Loire-Atlantique. Pastas from Avellino in the Campania region of Southern Italy.

 

As well as a selection of other Italian and Portuguese store cupboard essentials.

 ROTISSERIE 

The VIZIOLI’s Rotisserie serves daily hot roasted chicken, lamb, beef served from the spit with caramelised onions and rosemary potatoes to take home and enjoy.

 BOTTLE SHOP

 SMOKOLOKO 

VIZIOLI'S is the latest from husband and wife team Vizioli and Abia following on from their hugely successful SMOKOLOKO smoked meats - which was founded over 5 years ago.

 

They first opened their SMOKOLOKO smoked barbecue meats brand from their recognisable vintage locomotives in the South Bank followed by a Shoreditch base and a permanent fixture at Spitalfields Market.

 

They have also enjoyed selling their sandwiches in Canary Wharf as well as taking part in outdoor events at Trafalgar Square, Brixton and the Brazilian Embassy as well as such big name festivals as Bestival, Field Day and the Walthamstow Festival.
